California Joint Venture Program

Our company's Homeowners Passive Income Program will assist homeowners in keeping and maintaining their homes, and also increase their home's value. This program is designed to help first time homebuyers, veterans, and seniors.

We have partnered with the State of California Correction Joint Venture Program to hire and train incarcerated inmates to produce housing components for our housing projects. The incarcerated inmates receive vocational training and prevailing wages. Upon their release, they have the opportunity to be employed by GoldPoint Homes LLC. Our program not only supports the inmates but also benefits the taxpayers via:

• Reduce recidivism rates

• Reduce incarceration costs

• Reduce prison violence

• Restitution paid to victims

•Restitution paid to courts

• Child support paid to families of inmates

• Trust fund account for inmates

• Inmates become taxpayers, while incarcerated.

Another agency partner is American Job Center, where we have partnered to hire their clients who seek employment. Also, Moreno General Services, a family-owned construction company, is our partner that provides training for new employees for Goldpoint Homes LLC.

In addition, Los Angeles Lakers 3-time NBA Champion A. C. Green, and Founder of the A.C. Green Foundation is a partner of Goldpoint Homes projects. Green’s humanitarian efforts in the inner cities have earned him a spot in the Worlds Sports Humanitarian Hall of Fame.

We greatly appreciate your financial support to make our goal a reality. Click the button below to make a contribution to our projects or this link to make a direct donation to our partnering nonprofit, BMC/American Help Foundation.
