As a minority owned company, Goldpoint Homes is a privately held, pre-fabricated modular manufacturing company focused on providing effective and efficient real estate and affordable housing solutions. These solutions have a few traditional real estate projects and a lot of new and creative project developments that make our company very unique!
Goldpoint Homes principals have over 30 years of real estate, investment, ownership, and operational experience to evaluate and structure each opportunity from a long-term owner/occupant perspective.

Antonio Martin
Chairman, CEO
Antonio's diverse background comes from over 20 years as a mortgage real estate partner and investor, as the CEO/President, and as a consultant for a company that does acquisitions and financing of apartments from $50 million to $500 million in Southern California. Antonio works with state, city, and local municipalities to find solutions for the homeless and affordable housing crises. He brings great management, marketing, and public relations skills, along with a great vision for building companies.

Los Angeles Lakers 3-time NBA Champion. Founder of the A.C. Green Foundation. Green's humanitarian efforts in inner cities earned him a spot in the World Sports Humanitarian Hall of Fame.
Golnaz Agahi

Founder of Socialwise Consulting. Assistant Director of Kaiser Permanente Department of Behavior Health. Program Director and licensed clinical social worker. Holds a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) and a Masters of Public Health (MPH).
Alicia Bramble
Affordable Housing Consultant
Alicia Bramble is a seasoned Asset Manager with over 14 years of experience specializing in real estate, multi-family, and the preservation of affordable housing within the state of California. Alicia has partnered with prestigious firms such as Avanath Capital Management, where she managed over 20 multi-family assets throughout California, Florida, and Washington, in addition to leading and implementing Social Programming initiatives.

Jayme has over 10 years of experience in building inspections for local cities in commercial and residential projects. He has also spent over a decade working in construction and hardscape. Jayme is a state-certified Building Inspector from ICC and possesses great knowledge in project management.
Dr. Gil Keinan
Executive Advisor
Gil works on Opportunity Zone development and is a real estate development, finance, and management professional. His background covers expertise working with local government and developers to create successful Public-Private projects, as well as with multiple hotel real estate deals. Gil holds a Doctor of Business degree, an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco, and is a graduate of the University of Surrey’s (United Kingdom) School of Hospitality Management.
