Don is responsible for Operational Management of major development contracts for community, commercial and industrial site developments, health care facilities, off-shore/on-shore oil platforms, as well as environmental and renewable energy development projects. He has brought together financial strength and technology resources while working with international public-private partnerships of large utility companies, industrial and government entities. Don holds a graduate advance degree in MSc Engineering and Energy Systems. He is also a SFSU California and International Code Conference Certified Building Inspector.
